Privacy Policy

Sendchain is operated by VPNBEE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales ("Sendchain", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use sendchain.org and our dashboard, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Sendchain is a non-custodial payment processor: we never hold your funds or your private keys. That design choice also limits what financial information we ever have about you in the first place.

We collect only what the service needs to run:

• Account information. Your email address, and either a hashed password or, if you sign in with Google, the profile fields Google shares with us (name, email, a stable account identifier). We never see or store your Google password.
• Wallet information you provide. The public account key (xpub or equivalent) you connect so we can derive receiving addresses for you. This is a public key, not a private key or seed phrase — we cannot spend from it, and we never ask for or accept a private key or seed phrase.
• Payment and on-chain data. Details of payment links, wishlists, and the payments made against them. Once a payment is sent, its on-chain details (amount, addresses, transaction hash) are public on the relevant blockchain by design — that is how the payment settles directly to your wallet.
• Device and usage data. IP address, browser type, and basic access logs, used for security (fraud/abuse prevention, geographic access controls) and to keep the dashboard working.
• Support and correspondence. Anything you send us directly, e.g. by emailing support.

We do not collect government ID, proof-of-address, bank account details, or other KYC documentation. We do not custody cryptocurrency, and we never have access to your private keys or seed phrase. If a feature (such as our fiat off-ramp integration) requires identity verification, that verification is carried out directly by the third-party provider, under their own privacy policy — not by us.

We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies to keep you signed in to the dashboard, and a security check (Cloudflare Turnstile) on our login and signup forms to reduce automated abuse. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

• To operate your account, payment links, and wishlists.
• To detect and confirm on-chain payments and keep your dashboard accurate.
• To send transactional email — for example, payment notifications and email verification — never marketing email without your consent.
• To secure the service against fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
• To comply with legal obligations that apply to us.

We share the minimum necessary with:

• Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.
• Cloudflare, for bot/abuse protection on our forms.
• Transak, only if and when you actively use our optional crypto on-ramp/off-ramp feature, subject to Transak's own privacy policy.
• Infrastructure providers that host our servers and send our email, acting only on our instructions.

We do not sell your personal information.

We keep account and payment records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution needs. You can request deletion of your account at any time; on-chain transaction records cannot be deleted because they exist on a public blockchain independent of Sendchain.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect account information, including encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive fields. No system is perfectly secure, and non-custodial design means the most sensitive material of all — your private keys — is never something we hold in the first place.

Sendchain is not directed at, and is not intended to be used by, children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here with an updated date at the top.
