Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and VPNBEE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales ("Sendchain", "we", "us"), governing your use of sendchain.org and the Sendchain dashboard (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Sendchain lets creators generate payment links and wishlists that route payments directly, on-chain, to a cryptocurrency wallet the creator controls. Sendchain is non-custodial: at no point do we take possession of your funds or your private keys. We do not act as a bank, money transmitter, custodian, broker, or escrow agent, and nothing in the Service should be understood as such.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at legal@sendchain.org if you suspect unauthorized use.

You are solely responsible for the wallet you connect to Sendchain, including safeguarding its private keys or seed phrase. Sendchain only ever receives a public account key from you and can derive receiving addresses from it — we cannot spend, move, freeze, or otherwise access funds sent to those addresses. If you lose access to your wallet, we have no ability to recover funds on your behalf.

Payments made over a blockchain are irreversible once confirmed. Sendchain does not process chargebacks, reversals, or refunds for on-chain payments, and has no technical ability to claw back a confirmed transaction. Any refund a creator chooses to offer a supporter must be arranged directly between them as a new, separate payment.

Sendchain charges a fee (currently 0.5%) billed against a prepaid balance you top up, rather than deducted from individual payments. Current fees are shown in your dashboard and on our pricing information; we may change them prospectively with notice through the Service.

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is illegal in the jurisdictions relevant to you or your supporters, including money laundering, sanctions evasion, or fraud. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content and payment purposes associated with your links comply with applicable law, including any laws concerning adult content, where relevant. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe violate this section.

Certain optional features integrate third-party providers — for example, Google sign-in, Cloudflare bot protection, and Transak for crypto on/off-ramp conversion. Your use of those features is additionally subject to that provider's own terms, and Sendchain is not responsible for their acts or omissions.

Cryptocurrency values can be highly volatile. Sendchain does not provide financial, investment, or tax advice, and does not guarantee the value of any asset you receive. You are responsible for your own tax reporting and compliance obligations arising from payments you receive.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or where required by law. Because Sendchain never holds your funds, suspension or termination of your account does not affect funds already settled to your wallet.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sendchain will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds arising from your own wallet management, loss of private keys, or on-chain conditions outside our control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version here with an updated date at the top; continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
